The Corbett Foundation provides medical facilities to people living in and around the Corbett Tiger Reserve and to forest personnel living in the interior of the forested areas. Under this programme, Rural Outreach Medical Camps are established to provide benefits of the scheme to the villagers living in 60 villages located in and around the Corbett Tiger Reserve. In addition to this, First Aid Kit boxes are also distributed to 23 Forest Chaukis on a monthly basis. A review of the programme was conducted at the end of March and based on request from villagers, Pipal Chaur was included as a new additional camp site, and the Goujada Forest Chauki was included as a site to provide First Aid Kit box.
